The ZW bicycle helmet from rh+ represents a balanced and well-thought-out synthesis of low weight and maximum safety.
The helmet is manufactured using the in-mould process, an injection moulding process in which the outer shell made of thermoformed polycarbonate and the inner shell made of EPS (Expanded Polystyrene Rigid Foam) are bonded together. A special support frame inside the hard foam gives the helmet an extra portion of breaking resistance.
The Power Fit system from rh+ ensures that the helmet adapts perfectly to the very individual shape of the head and thus also ensures safety and high wearing comfort.
