Velcro "Mum and Baby" is a game that in a fun way will teach the child to distinguish such concepts as adult animals and their cubs, a big animal or a small one, as well as the species affiliation of animals and much more.
In the set:
- plastic cards - 10 pieces (15,5 x 11 cm)
- plastic characters with Velcro - 20 pieces.
The game is designed for children from 3 years old.
How to play.
The set includes cards and objects, which are attached to the cards with Velcro. The task is to find the pair "mum and cub" and correctly attach the characters to the corresponding cards.
Arrange the cards and objects on the table. First, arrange the mums and ask your child to find a cub for each of them. After the child has completed this task, make the task more difficult by arranging the cubs and mixing up the cards with the mums. Now you have to choose the right mum for each cub.
Another option is to place blank cards on the table and ask your child to correctly match the characters to each of the cards. Use the outline or habitat shown in the picture as a clue.
Once your child has learnt to pick up the cards easily, the next stage is to learn about the animals themselves. Tell your child the differences between the animals, where they live, what they eat, what sounds they make, which animals are wild and which are domestic.
Velcro "Mummy and Baby" in addition to fine motor skills develops coordination of movements, intelligence and memory, attention and diligence, teaches to compare objects with each other, expands vocabulary.
