It is used for securing flexible rubber hoses, PVC, and other round-shaped pipes at inlet connections, terminations, etc. The strip features rounded edges that protect the cable from damage. The clamp screw has a hexagonal head with either a standard or Phillips recess. The asymmetrical stamped teeth on the strip, combined with the screw, ensure that the clamp rotates in the direction of the applied torque.
