Pattex Repair Express
It is a two-component, epoxy repair compound that will ensure quick and strong bonding. It is used to bond, seal and regenerate most materials. It is used for fixing and joining objects, leveling damaged surfaces, regenerating and filling damaged elements.
After setting, Pattex Repair Express is resistant to water, oils and typical solvents. During curing, the mass does not shrink or swell.

HOW TO USE:
1. Surfaces must be dry, free of dust, grease and other substances that impair adhesion. Any remains of previous materials, broken and damaged elements should be removed. Surfaces should also be thoroughly matted, which will improve adhesion and bond strength.
2. Before starting work, cut off a piece of Pattex Repair Express with a knife or scissors. Remove the protective film from the cut piece.
3. Protective gloves should be worn to protect your hands. Then thoroughly knead the white and blue pieces of mass until a uniform and homogeneous white mass is obtained.
4. The prepared and formed mass should be applied (before it gets warm) to the prepared surface within 3 minutes, pressing firmly against the substrate.
5. An increase in mass temperature indicates that the material is beginning to harden. After about 5 minutes (at a temperature of about +23°C), the Pattex Repair Express is hardened.
6. After about 15 minutes from application, the mass can be sanded, drilled, polished and painted.
7. The mass is completely hardened after 24 hours (without any load) from the moment of application.
8. Wash your hands with warm water and soap immediately after work.
