The rules of the game are very simple. We make a pile of all the maps. We turn the hourglass over and start. The first player grabs one map and without touching the others with his hands, tries to create the longest chain of maps. We create the chain until the time measured by the hourglass expires. When the time is up, we count the maps and the next player starts the game. The person who creates the longest chain of maps wins.
The rules can be changed at will, e.g. to increase the level of difficulty, you can create a chain only of maps in a selected color or have a competition to see who can arrange more maps in the basket within the time measured. There are really many possibilities.
The basket can be used both for fun and as a container for storing maps after the game is over.
