The Gel Battery Vipow 6 V / 1.3 Ah has become an alternative to classic lead-acid batteries. Unlike the latter, gel models are maintenance-free batteries. This means that they do not require electrolyte topping up. What speaks in their favor is the airtight casing and the electrolyte in gel form. This guarantees that it will not leak, allowing the battery to be stored in any position and making it more shock-resistant.
Durability of the gel batteryOne of the greatest advantages of gel batteries is their lifespan. Among those available on the market, this type has the longest lifespan, as it can last for more than ten years if used correctly. Importantly, gel batteries also feature greater resistance to variable and extreme weather conditions.

Selection of gel batteryThe appropriate dimensions are not everything.
