Game Trolley Problem
In each round, one of the participants takes on the role of the conductor; it is his task to decide which track the deadly train will travel on. Meanwhile, the other players, divided into two teams, will try to convince him to switch the points and kill those on THIS OTHER track.
To do this, they will use cards of impeccable characters, disreputable characters, and modifiers - good and bad deeds committed by people trapped on the tracks. All to save "their own."
The final decision, of course, belongs to the conductor, who, once the cards have been played, must switch the points accordingly. Every player on the team whose track has become the scene of the crime receives a death marker as a reminder of the stain on his conscience. And then we switch roles!
Why will you love this game?
- Anyone who knows the internet comic Cyanide and Happiness knows what to expect: dark humor, a sea of irony, and unscrupulous moves will accompany every subsequent round. There are no taboo subjects here, and everything is seasoned with characteristic drawings.
- No other title combines philosophical musings on morality as deftly with bloody mayhem. By adding new characters to the tracks, we will have the opportunity to ponder their presumed history. At least until half of them die!
- The cards and the conductor's decision-making are one thing, but in the Trolley Problem most of the fun happens around the table. The stories related to playing individual cards, giving their heroes individual character, negotiating, or even creating their own story are exactly what the participants of this game love most!
- If you find violent decisions insufficient, the game offers two additional modes of fun that you will find at the end of the instructions!
