Raise the flag, recruit the crew and fill the chests with shining gold coins! In the game Captain Flip, you have the opportunity to embody the role of one of the pirate captains trying to get rich by wisely choosing subordinates. On your turn, you draw a tile. Do you like it? You can keep it. If not, you turn it over to the other side and then place it on your board to collect the crew. The whole game is based on skillfully combining effects and taking well-calculated risks.
How does it work?

- During the game, participants take turns carrying out their turns, and each one follows the same pattern:
- The player draws one of the character tiles from the bag so that they can see only one side.
- They choose whether to keep the character or to flip it (and leave it on the new side).
- They place the drawn character in any column on their board in the lowest available field (and receive a bonus if they thus complete any column).

The available character tiles in the game have assigned effects. Some of them are immediate (we resolve them right after placing the tile on the board), others work at the end of the game. The key to victory is skillfully placing characters on the board to gain as many coins as possible from the individual effects.
The game ends when someone fills 4 columns on their board. After evaluating the end-of-game effects, participants tally the collected coins. The richest of the captains wins!
