Flux Gel 1.4 cm3 ag - description
Flux Gel is a thickened rosin flux of RMA class designed for SMT assembly and repairs. Flux Gel can be applied through a screen, stencil, or syringe. The activators used in the production of the flux allow for the residue to remain after the soldering process on the package (unless the production process includes a washing phase). Features:
- Does not require washing "no-clean"
- Printability is 36 hours
- Retains tackiness for 72 hours
- Good solderability on surfaces: Ag, Cu, Au, Zn, Cd, and SnPb
