Newleaf's first railway station in the Everdell Valley has just opened. Now the first guests are flocking to Everdell, who can welcome the players in their cities. These bring gifts with them as well as valuable points at the end of the game – if the players can fulfill their wishes. New creature and building maps are also coming to the game, as well as four new worker types – bats, honey bees, cats, and snails. An old acquaintance, Fusselwürz, is waiting for solo players, who this time tries to infiltrate the station and attract beings with false promises to his side.
