Preparation in tablet form for removing limescale (descaling) from household appliances (kettles, coffee machines, irons, humidifiers, dishwashers, washing machines, etc.). Additionally, the Descaler can be used for cleaning sanitary devices.

Application
Removing limescale (descaling) from household appliances:

- kettles,
- coffee machines,
- irons,
- humidifiers,

Method of use
Kettles:
Dissolve one portion of the preparation in 1/4 liter of hot water. The limescale-covered surface should be submerged in the solution for 30-60 minutes. In case of large amounts of limescale, repeat the process with a new portion of descaler. It should be remembered to rinse the container very thoroughly several times.
Automatic washing machines:
Set the empty washing machine (without load) to wash at 60C. Then dissolve 5-10 tablespoons of descaler in about 700 ml of hot water. After starting the wash cycle, when the washing machine starts drawing water, pour the prepared solution into the detergent drawer. It is also possible to pour directly into the washing machine drum 5-10 tablespoons of descaler and then start the wash cycle at 60C. If the washing machine is heavily scaled, the process should be repeated. After the washing cycle is complete, the washing machine is ready for use. With regular descaling of the washing machine and when there is no large amount of limescale (soft water) the cleaning process can be carried out at a lower temperature (30-45C) and with a smaller amount of descaler (4-5 tablespoons). Depending on the hardness of the water, the washing machine should be descaled every 1-3 months.
Dishwashers:
Descaler powder (1 tablespoon) or Descaler tablet should be placed in the dishwasher in the tablet compartment. Then start a program of about 40 minutes. After the program is completed, the dishwasher is ready for use.
Steam irons:
Unplug the iron from the power supply. Dissolve 2 teaspoons of descaler (approx. 10 g) in a glass of hot water and pour into the water reservoir of the iron. Let stand for about 1 hour and then place the iron in a horizontal position in a bowl and switch it to steam production cycle. The solution will start to flow out through the steam holes in the soleplate, cleaning it from limescale deposits. After the descaling cycle is completed, rinse the iron several times with water and then fill with clean water, turn on and iron with steam on an old cotton fabric or on a paper towel.
Drip coffee machines:
Dissolve 2 teaspoons of descaler (approx. 10 g) in a glass of hot water and pour into the water reservoir of the coffee machine. Fill the water tank to the max level and turn on the coffee machine in brewing cycle. Pour the used solution down the drain and rinse the coffee machine thoroughly. Before use, an empty brewing cycle should be performed to rinse out any possible residues of the descaler.
