The SARS-CoV-2 antigen rapid test card is an in vitro test based on immunochromatography. It is designed for the rapid qualitative determination of SARS-CoV-2 virus antigen in nasal swabs from individuals with or without symptoms or other epidemiological reasons to suspect COVID-19. The SARS-CoV-2 Antigen Rapid Test Card detects the SARS-CoV-2 nucleocapsid protein (N protein).
