AENAON BIO Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the Kalamata region (Greece) – cold extracted – first class directly from olives - obtained exclusively with mechanical processes!
It comes from the sunny region of Messinia (Peloponnese/Greece) with its capital Kalamata. The olive oil is obtained directly from the olive variety "Koroneiki", which is grown organically and stands out for its good taste. AENAON olive oil has been tested by TÜV HELLAS (GR BIO-13 GREECE) and certified with the organic seal. An olive oil full of freshness, mild in taste, very good aroma and above all rich in vitamins, rich in antioxidants.
It is obtained from ripe olives picked directly by hand and produced with the method of first cold pressing at low temperatures under constant control of hygienic conditions, preserving all the valuable nutrients and components of the natural olive juice.
It is an olive oil that combines particularly well with salads, fish, vegetables and meat dishes.
Acidity: 0.1% to 0.8% max when bottling according to the manufacturer.
Taste: fruity and mild tasting oil with dark green colour.
