The net itself is made up of a large nylon canvas, the entire person can fit in the net, you can even stretch out for relaxation. Inverted poses are good for everyone, whether you practice yoga or not. They act against swelling, varicose veins, but also against general tiredness of the legs, they also have a beneficial effect on the circulatory system: the whole blood circulation gets going, our brain is better oxygenated and our mind relaxes. This stretches the vertebrae, relieves pressure on the discs and generally relieves back pain.
