The durability properties of the socket exceed the requirements of the DIN 3124 and PN-ISO 1711 standards.
Proline-Tools six-point sockets are offered in a very wide range and work excellently with Proline ratchets and handles (as well as other manufacturers). They are made from durable tool steel. The sockets are made using the die forging method and subjected to special thermal and chemical treatment processes, such as chrome plating - to protect against corrosion. Before the hardening and degreasing processes, the sockets are calibrated using precision gauges and control devices. Furthermore, Proline sockets are equipped with special slots that work with locking mechanisms which are present in Proline ratchets and handles.
