Thanks to the preparation by means of spray drying processes, the important ingredients of the milk are essentially retained. Milk powder can be used for many different purposes: for yogurt and milk production, or for cooking and baking.
Mix 100 ml of warm water (approx. 45 C) with 15 g of milk powder
Or for 1 litre of milk, mix 900 ml of water with 135 g of milk powder, after use as fresh milk.
Contains: maximum 26% fat, vitamin B12, B1, B2, amino acids, carbohydrates, minerals
Application: 2 tablespoons per litre
Content is in the practical resealable bag.
